Meta Quest 3 Redemption Instructions:

Complete all information at planmeca.com/rebate including a copy of the dealer invoice of qualifying product purchased during the valid dates. Rebate requests must be submitted by April 30, 2025. Meta Quest 3 will be sent to the listed office address within 6-8 weeks of verification of submission.
